the reception staff helped retrieve my phone i left in a taxi. they contacted the taxi company and arranged its return the next morning. the hotel offered a convenient location close to the airport. this made it perfect for my layover.
the air conditioning was weak, causing a mostly sleepless night. i alerted the front desk, they tried to help, but it remained too hot. i was exhausted for my flight.

The staff WERE helpful. FREE snacks and water were available. Breakfast was also included. This was great for a quick bite before HEADING out.
The walls and the window glass seemed thin. I Requested a quiet room. The noise became a concern during MY stay. Bathroom noises were easily heard.
